This support website will provide more self-service support opportunities for our customers, resellers and visitors by providing support documents and update files in an easy-to-access format.
For now, this site primarily replaces our FTP site and provides access to various support documents that were not available before. More files, documents and features will be added in the future.
Because the site requires a login, this will also eliminate the need to password protect files, etc.
Keep in mind that all files are not available to all users. The files you have access to depend on whether you are an end-user or reseller as well as other factors such as agreements, maintenance contracts, etc. in place.
There is also a menu item for "My Downloads" which may have specific files for your organization, again, depending on your account status.
